Hill Family Branch

This page provides a starting place to access the Hill branch of the Halhed family tree. We have found it challenging to extend this rather short branch reliably back beyond 19th-century England.  With the issues of a very common family name coupled with very common given names, places generally no more specific than "England," and some contradictory age information on census records, we cannot be absolutely sure even of the connection to the Hill family of Bampton, Devonshire.
